She played a role as a good ambassador for UNAIDS. Before this she was hired for this representation of UNAIDS by India for the entire Nation at previous day. After this representation she came along with her team in the ground. Because there had to play the match of her team “Kings XI Punjab” against the “Delhi Daredevils” so she also plays a great role once again to make a toss by a person having AIDS. This person gave her message to the people in the stadium against AIDS.
Besides, she and her team had tied the ribbons around their shoulder to give the awareness against the AIDS. She and her team decided to give 25 percent of the profit to those people who are AIDS carrier to cure themselves. She said, “I am feeling very happy to represent me as UNAIDS. If I can finish it then I cut of its root”.
According to an estimate India has at least 2.3 persons carrier of AIDS. Preity proved that she is not a simple actress but she has also a love for her Nation to survive it from all the diseases.
